The sheen of the rain soaked black pavement gave off glittering light. It was the the first run where I feel like I vaulted over the "breaking down" phase and moved into the "building up" phase. I felt like an athlete for my 4 mile run in cool, drizzly weather.
I felt light and quick. The legs were fresh (products from the previous post must work). Feeling light is the absolute key for me. I guess I'm a bit heavier for distance--about 185 pounds, a half inch under six feet. Now to keep this up...and add in even more. Weight lifting will get the short shrift for now. There go the bulging 'ceps.
