Today I did Yoga at work. The stretching should pay off in the long run. It's a great sign that there wasn't too much soreness from my first swim. My timeline is very short (scarily short) but going well so far. After work, ran 3 miles at a fairly strong pace.
After I did some strides on Monday, I'm starting to recall what a faster pace feels like. The picture is the view I have on the walk home.
